At The Calm Reset Co., we aim to create a calm, reliable and supportive experience for all clients. To honour the time and energy of both you and your facilitator, the following policies apply to all bookings.
1. Booking Policy
Individual Sessions

All sessions must be booked through the online booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

You will receive a confirmation email with session details and a reminder prior to your appointment.
Group Programs

A deposit or full payment is required to secure your place.
-
Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Program links, workbook access, and session details will be emailed before your start date.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Individual Sessions

More than 24 hours' notice:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. -
Less than 24 hours' notice:
The full session fee is charged. This is because the time has been set aside especially for you. -
No-shows:
No-shows are charged at the full session rate and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Group Programs

7+ days before the program begins:
Full refund available, minus a small admin fee. -
Within 7 days of program start:
Refunds are not available, but you may transfer your place to another person once, if approved. -
After the program begins:
No refunds are provided for change of mind, missed sessions, or partial attendance.
3. Late Arrivals

If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

No extensions or partial refunds are offered for late arrivals.
4. Illness & Emergency Exceptions
Life happens, and I honour that.
If you experience sudden illness, a family emergency, or another serious unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exceptions are made at my discretion and may require documentation.
5. Technology & Online Sessions

It is your responsibility to ensure your device, internet connection, and environment are suitable for an online session.

If tech issues occur on my end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

If tech issues occur on your end, the session may be rescheduled once at no charge, at my discretion.
6. Waitlist Policy

If a program or session time is full, you may join the waitlist.

You will be contacted by email or SMS when a place becomes available.

Waitlist places do not guarantee a booking.
7. Payment Policy

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking through the secure online booking platform.

Sessions cannot be confirmed without payment.

If a payment fails or remains incomplete, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

No future sessions can be booked until any outstanding payments are successfully processed.
8. Respectful Behaviour
The Calm Reset Co. is a nurturing, inclusive and safe space.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations involving:

Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour

Breaches of safety or confidentiality
-
Misuse of services (including using coaching in place of clinical care)
